"Banana Split" , a separate ground level unit, can be rented in conjunction with Top Banana if additional space is needed. (Both units together accommodate up to 8 people) A private protected slip for a boat up to 24' is included. A short walk from the cottage is a community dock where you can leave your rental boat, swim in the crystal clear waters, or just wiggle your toes in the sand as you sunbathe. The views of the Sea of Abaco are breath taking and there is almost always a beautiful breeze. The house faces SE so you can enjoy sunrises and sunsets. Relax in the evening in the four person hot tub that looks out at a view of the water or just cool off in the afternoon, after a long hard day at the beach. There is also an outside shower. It includes a golf cart, 2 kayaks, a hot tub, Gourmet kitchen, Satellite TV, internet access, stereo inside and out, DVD player, CD player, fax machine, many movies and cds.
